Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Simply Reglaze, doing business as Long Beach Reglazing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and refinishing services.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Services Description

Long Beach Reglazing provides professional surface refinishing services, including but not limited to:

Bathtub refinishing and reglazing
Sink refinishing
Countertop refinishing
Shower and tile refinishing
Floor refinishing

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and assessment of the surface condition.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates provided by us are:

Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
Subject to change based on actual conditions found during service
Not a guarantee of final pricing until a formal contract is signed
Based on information provided by the customer and preliminary assessment

Scheduling and Appointments

Booking: Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone at (562) 605-0506.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
Access: You must provide access to the work area at the scheduled time. Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling fees.
Preparation: You are responsible for removing personal items from the work area before our arrival.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Payment Schedule: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits: A deposit may be required for large projects, which will be specified in the service contract.
Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Warranty and Guarantees

Comprehensive Warranty

All of our work comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty on workmanship and materials for most refinishing services. Kitchen sinks are covered by a 6-month warranty due to the higher exposure to chemicals and heat. This warranty covers:

Peeling or chipping of the refinished surface (under normal use)
Defects in application and workmanship
Material defects in the coating products used

Warranty Coverage Details

Standard Services (Bathtubs, Showers, Vanity Sinks, Tile, Countertops): 2-year comprehensive warranty
Kitchen Sinks: 6-month warranty due to exposure to harsh cleaning products, hot water, and frequent use

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance
Damage from abrasive cleaners or tools
Structural defects in the underlying surface
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by third parties
Use of non-recommended cleaning products
Failure to follow provided care instructions

Care and Maintenance

To maintain your warranty, you must:

Follow all care instructions provided by us
Allow the surface to cure for the specified time (typically 24-48 hours) before use
Use only recommended cleaning products
Avoid abrasive cleaners, tools, or harsh chemicals
Report any issues within 30 days of discovery

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces or surrounding areas
We are not liable for damage caused by concealed defects not discoverable during inspection

Property Damage

While we take precautions to protect your property, we are not responsible for:

Items not removed from the work area
Pre-existing damage or defects
Damage caused by structural issues or poor installation of original fixtures

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about the surfaces to be refinished
Disclose any previous repairs or refinishing
Ensure proper ventilation during and after service
Keep pets and children away from the work area
Follow all post-service care instructions
Make timely payments as agreed

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Simply Reglaze or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit harmful code or malware
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Dispute Resolution

Severability
